Today is April 30th. I am told it is fur awareness day, or something like that, ummm there are 245 days left in the year now, Honolulu, Hawaii became and independent city on this day, Nixon announced resignation of some white house officials involved with Watergate….what else…others born today but some I know of: Queen Mary II, Eve Arden, Robert Shaw, Dianna Agron(Glee), Kirsten Dunst, Cloris Leachman…it’s Queen’s Day in the Netherlands….I think that’s all I can muster from my brain.

I’ve received gifts all year, in the form of work, experiences, traveling, friends and family. I am fortunate to have lovely and positive people and energy in my life, surrounding me. I get to spend the day with people I love and celebrate through the entire weekend.

Thank you mom for having me, on this day. And you and Dad for loving and nurturing the girl that is still inside of me. Trey, my little brother bear, you never cease to amaze me. I learn from you. Thank you for always letting me be the ringmaster. & Austin, my sweet brother who is always there for me.

Today is going to be about simplicity, and I am very excited!
